The nurse will provide CDC
approved vaccination fact sheets for each vaccine requested.
Ø
The nurse will explain all
the different shot and tell you if they are recommended or required and you
will make the choice of what you want to take.
Ø
At the time of vaccination you will be able to pay by
check or cash.
Ø The
International Certificate of Vaccination as approved by the World Health
Organization validated with the approved UNIFORM STAMP will be provided upon
completion of the required vaccinations.
